LinarBot is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps businesses deploy AI-powered chatbot agents on messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Meta platforms, webhooks, and mobile applications.

  • Account information: name, email address, login credentials, and organization details when you register or are invited to a workspace.
  • Customer conversation data: messages, phone numbers, identifiers, and metadata processed through connected channels on behalf of our business customers.
  • Integration data: channel configuration, tokens, and webhook payloads required to connect third-party services (e.g. Meta / WhatsApp).
  • Usage data: logs, token usage, API activity, device/browser information, and analytics related to platform performance.
  • Billing data: subscription plan, payment-related records processed by our payment providers.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Route messages, run AI assistants, and enable human handoff workflows
  • Authenticate users and secure tenant workspaces
  • Monitor usage, prevent abuse, and improve reliability

4. Multi-tenant processing

Each business customer (“tenant”) receives an isolated workspace. End-customer messages are processed on behalf of the tenant that connected the relevant channel. Tenants are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process their customers’ data.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API), messaging providers, cloud hosting, AI model providers, and payment processors. Their processing is governed by their own policies. By connecting a channel, you authorize us to exchange data with those providers as needed to deliver the Service.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Tenants may request deletion of workspace data subject to applicable agreements and legal requirements.

7. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption of sensitive credentials, access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact us using the details below to submit a request.

9. International transfers

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards when data is transferred internationally.
